Job summary

Ali’s Cookies Emory in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Baker & Customer Experience Team Member to craft cookies, decorate custom treats, and deliver friendly, attentive service. You'll handle in-store, phone, and online orders, keep the display pristine, and work with a cheerful team to ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.

Training is provided, and flexibility helps your schedule. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on baking, creative decorating, and working with people in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Someone who is responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, especially with decorating and presentation
• Team player with good communication skills
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Bake fresh cookies following our recipes and quality standards
• Prepare and decorate custom cookie cakes (get creative!)
• Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service
• Take and fulfill in-store, phone, and online orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, ChowNow)
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with orders and questions
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Help monitor inventory and communicate when supplies are low
