Job summary

Cookie Plug West Chester is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our fun environment in Chester County, PA. As a team member, you'll be responsible for baking our signature cookies, maintaining a clean shop, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude who love cookies and have great customer service skills. Experience in food service is a plus but not required. What You’ll Do

• Bake: Whip up our signature thick, delicious cookies that are part cookie, part cake, and part brownie.
• Clean & Restock: Keep the shop fresh and tidy, from restocking cookie supplies to ensuring the store is spotless and ready for customers.
• Vibe: Keep the store’s energy high with positive vibes and awesome customer service.
• Sell: Help customers find their favorite flavors and make sure they leave with a smile (and a bag full of cookies).
• Adapt: Work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key and flexibility is your best friend.
• Engage: Interact with customers and team members to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
• Stay on Your Toes: Be ready to stand and move around for your entire shift—our cookies aren’t the only things on the go!
• Create: Assist with store displays that showcase our cookies in the freshest, most creative ways.
