Job summary

Great American Cookies & Marble Slab Creamery is hiring Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service while preparing and serving our desserts with enthusiasm. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, fun environment that emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

As a Team Member, you’ll learn to operate the POS system, assist with opening/closing duties, and keep displays stocked and clean. This role offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude and genuine smile.
• Prepare and serve cookies, brownies, ice cream, shakes, smoothies, and specialty desserts.
• Mix ice cream creations on the marble slab according to company standards.
• Decorate cookie cakes (training provided based on position and experience).
• Keep displays fully stocked, fresh, and visually appealing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Restock products, supplies, and packaging throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Work efficiently with teammates during busy periods.
• Help create a positive atmosphere for guests and fellow team members.
