As a member of the Cookie Crew at our GTU store located at 930 Spring St NW, Atlanta GA 30309, you are the ultimate insomniac. You serve as the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers, and you bake our warm and delicious cookies during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream to customers.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor.
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
