• Prepare and maintain high-quality baked food products based on standards.
• Prepare and present food in an appetizing manner, with both taste and appearance.
• Ensure an adequate supply of baked goods and materials required in the baking area, according to demand fluctuations, with minimal waste, including keeping inventories of all items used.
• Maintain a daily schedule of work to ensure all food is prepared for presentation at the specified time of demand.
• Ensure completion of cleaning duties, temperature, and cleaning logs.
• Complete all opening duties at the start of each shift (e.g., unlocking refrigerators and freezers upon arrival).
• Complete all closing duties at the end of each shift (e.g., turning off all ovens and hot holding units).
• Provide efficient service while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Adhere to BFS and Franchise Policies and Procedures, including Health and Safety standards.
• Follow the BFS Employee Handbook.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
• Food Handlers Card is required.
