Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Woburn, MA is hiring bakers to produce and box our cookies. Full-time and part-time, permanent positions are available. No prior baker experience is required, but a positive attitude and teamwork help you fit in quickly.

You will prepare dough, bake, box cookies, and keep the kitchen clean while delivering friendly service. The team environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and smells of fresh-baked cookies.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous bakery/food production experience is a plus.

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for happy, cookie-loving bakers to join their team! Full-time and part-time, permanent positions are available.

The Baker role will be mainly responsible for the production of our cookies as well as boxing up cookies for our customers! No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!

ABOUT THE COMPANY ONE BIG DREAM

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
