Our franchise organization, Florence Corral, Inc. dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Baker Responsibilities

1. Prepare yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked products.
2. Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs.
3. Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.

Operational Excellence

1. Ensure all bakery products are fresh, flavorful, appealing, and served hot when appropriate.
2. Maintain quality by following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
3. Ensure proper portioning and recipe yields.
4. Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.

Guest Service

1. Be friendly and courteous to guests, assisting with baked goods.
2. Understand and follow responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.

Cleanliness and Compliance

1. Maintain cleanliness standards and meet health department regulations.
2. Perform duties as per the duty roster, ensuring quality and service standards are met.
