Role and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Bread Baker, you will:

• Follow recipes and attention to detail to create unique breads
• Lift and handle large quantities of dough and supplies weighing 50 lbs. or more
• Work in a flexible schedule, primarily afternoons/evenings starting around 11 am - 7 pm, including Sundays and possibly overnight shifts during holidays
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale baking or pastry (preferred but not required; training available)
• Ability to work through change and adapt to schedule needs
• Formal baking or pastry education is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
