Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Baker in Englewood, CO to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced bakery setting, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision to hit baking goals.

Responsibilities include baking, cleaning, basic equipment maintenance, and quality control on each shift. Regular tips are provided in addition to hourly pay. Dunkin' runs on you and we’ll be alongside you every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment and baking is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following recipes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Bake according to product standards and recipes.
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment.
• Perform basic daily equipment maintenance.
• Conduct quality control checks on baked goods.

Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience and enjoy working in a kitchen environment. This individual must have attention to detail and have the ability to work with little supervision but still accomplish the baking goals.

The duties include baking, cleaning, basic daily equipment maintenance, and quality control.

The baker must achieve all the food safety standards on his or her shift.

The baker also receives regular tips over and above his or her hourly pay rate.
