• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch.
• Follow and execute recipes with precision while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product appearance to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage ingredient inventory, stock rotation, and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist with decorating, finishing, and packaging baked products for display and sale.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and customer demand.
