Job summary

Fountains Country Club in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a Bagroom & Cart Attendant to enhance guest experiences outdoors. The role involves assisting Members and Guests with bags, operating golf carts, and maintaining safety while driving on-site.

You will work in a customer-focused environment, opening possibilities for tournament support and daily bag management with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred at a golf club in bag room, golf cart, or driving range, but not necessary.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift golf bags up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Members and Guests.
• Operate golf carts and assist with bag handling.
• Load golf bags for Members and Guests onto Golf Carts.
• Assist with Tournament Setup/Breakdown during Tournament Days.
• Assist Members with Lost and Found items.

Experience Required

Prefer previous experience at a golf club in the area of bag room, golf cart, or driving range, but not necessary.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Members and Guests.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in order to operate any vehicle onsite, including gas vehicles and electric vehicles.
• All vehicles must be driven slowly at all times and with extreme caution.
• Load golf bags for Members and Guests onto Golf Carts.
• Ability to lift golf bags up to 25 pounds and return them to their proper position on a daily basis.
• Cart Wash Area/Trash Cans are cleaned at the end of the day.
• Opening/Closing Shift Leader checklist is completed every day.
• Assist with Tournament Setup/Breakdown during Tournament Days.
• Responsible for properly receiving/returning golf bags to the Bag Drop Area.
• Assist Members with Lost and Found items such as Golf Clubs and Headcovers.
