Job summary

Burning Tree Country Club Inc. in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Bag Room Attendant to provide exceptional service for Members in the bag room and on the course. You will interact daily with members, guests, and staff, keeping the bag room clean and organized, and ensuring rental sets are issued, charged, returned, and cleaned.

This role requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working weekends and holidays during peak season (May through September).

• Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Daily interaction with members, guests, and staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the bag room to keep it clean and organized.
• Stores clubs in the correct pre-assigned member slots.
• Work with the instructors to ensure that lesson bags get to the range promptly.
• Work directly with the Caddie Master, golf assistants, and other professional staff to ensure the staging area is set professionally.
• Be visible to members at all times
• Directly responsible for ensuring rental sets are given out, charged, returned, and cleaned.

This position is responsible for creating an atmosphere of exceptional service for our Members in the bag room and on the course.

The Essentials

• Daily interaction with members, guests, and staff.
