Superior Aluminum Alloys in New Haven, Indiana, is seeking a hands-on maintenance role focused on dust collectors. You will monitor and maintain the systems to maximize efficiency and uptime, while adhering to environmental regulations.

You should be mechanically inclined, comfortable lifting up to 60 pounds, and able to work scheduled or unscheduled overtime in a hot or cold environment. Strong communication and safety performance are essential.

Monitor and maintain Dust Collectors for optimal efficiency, uptime and in accordance with environmental regulations.

Annual Salary - 75k+

• Understand and participate in TAKE CONTROL of SAFETY
• A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations, without exception
• Maintain proper organization and high standard of housekeeping
• Preparing environmental documentation
• Monitoring inventory levels of supplies
• Operating mobile equipment
• Assisting maintenance with repairs
• Perform daily inspection and basic preventive maintenance on equipment
• Repetitive stretching, reaching, lifting and walking will be required to support routine responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned
• Safety top of mind, along with an excellent safety record
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently without direct supervision
• Mechanically inclined/able to lift 60#
• Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime
