Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a production environment, preferably food industry.
• Knowledge of bagging machine operation and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bagging machinery to ensure accurate packaging per specifications.
• Relieve primary bagger operators during breaks/shift changes without disrupting production flow.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor issues in real time.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments to bagging equipment.
• Follow LOTO procedures during maintenance and report major malfunctions.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and 5S protocols; participate in safety audits and training.
