Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Bagger Operator Relief to cover breaks and sustain production on the bagging line. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure correct weights and seals across multiple varieties.

Responsibilities include keeping the area clean and safe, following LOTO procedures during maintenance, and documenting production output and downtime for shift reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of production experience, preferably in food.
• Knowledge of bagging machine operation and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bagging machinery to ensure accurate packaging per company specifications.
• Relieve primary bagger operators during breaks/shift changes without disrupting production flow.
• Conduct visual inspections of packaged products for defects and verify net weight and batch codes.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments to bagging equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and Barcel USA safety protocols; maintain 5S in work areas.
