Job summary

Barcel USA is hiring a Case Packer Operator in Coppell, TX to operate and maintain case packing machinery in a fast-paced food production environment. You will follow GMP, SOPs, and safety rules while packaging products to meet production schedules and quality standards.

You will inspect equipment, perform minor adjustments, document production data, and collaborate with maintenance and supervisors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience as a Case Packer or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Operate case packing machinery according to production schedules.
• Adjust machine settings for different products and packaging.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow safety, GMP, and SOPs; maintain clean work area.
• Document production data and report issues to supervision.
