Qualifications

• 5+ years technical experience in an industrial environment
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and controls (PLC, PC) systems
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Lead Technician
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure safe and reliable operation of the baggage handling system
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical/electrical systems and controls
• Monitor CMMS reports and generate/close work orders
• Coordinate with operations, management, and customer team to meet contract deliverables
• Provide on-the-floor leadership and training to staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards
