Pay starts at $23.15 per hour with benefits including medical insurance and paid training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage inquiries and claims.
• File and manage reports for baggage issues using WorldTracer.
• Ensure a professional passenger experience while resolving issues.
• Coordinate with ground handling and airline staff.
• Maintain baggage service areas in operational order.
• Monitor flight arrivals to assist with baggage handling.
