Job summary

dnata is seeking a Baggage Agent Lead to manage the bagroom and oversee unloading/loading of luggage, freight, and cargo on commercial aircraft. You will drive small specialized vehicles and coordinate crew to move cargo efficiently in busy airport environments.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for extended periods, and maintaining strict safety standards. Flexibility for shifts and ability to pass TSA-related/safety tests are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead cargo and baggage movements on and off aircraft.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle heavy cargo safely.
• Must be flexible for variable shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass SIDA airport and training tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the movement of cargo and baggage loading on and off aircraft and transport between areas.
• Drive and operate motorized equipment (Tug, Belt Loader).
• Read load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels accurately.
