SP+ seeks a Ground Transportation Agent (Baggage Handler) at SeaTac to assist passengers with luggage on shuttle buses. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, push, pull throughout shift.
• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload luggage racks on shuttle buses and ensure proper stowage.
• Queue and direct passengers while waiting for the next bus.
• Answer questions about the airport or rental car facility.
• Collect luggage carts at the rental car facility for customer use.
