Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Bellagio Baggage Handler to support guest experiences by efficiently managing luggage and assisting with hotel operations. You will play a key role in delivering WOW moments through attentive, friendly service.

The role requires at least six months of guest services experience and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on maintaining a clean, organized baggage area and strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
• Prior experience with property-wide valet and baggage systems preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE JOB :

The Bellagio Baggage Handler is focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service consistent with the Company's core service standards and brand attributes. THE STARTING RATE:

$20.1824 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage the baggage compound by collecting bags from belt systems
