Qualifications

• You’ll do well if you have at least one year of experience in food production, baking, preparation or another fast-paced kitchen.
• If you can safely wield a knife, follow recipes, stay organized and take pride in producing consistently great food, we’ll teach you the rest.
• Attitude and baseline skills matter more than a polished resume.

Responsibilities

• Boil and bake bagels to CYM standards.
• Prep ingredients, stock supplies, and set up stations for a smooth service.
• Follow recipes and CYM standards to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor product quality and report shortages or issues to leadership.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and safe for food production.
• Support teammates and help train new hires as needed.
