Job summary

Balderston Auto Group in Missouri is seeking an organized Wholesale Title Clerk for a fast-paced environment. Duties include posting weekly wholesale deals, reassigning titles for wholesales, preparing deposits, and maintaining receivable schedules.

Experience in vehicle titles and dealership operations is highly valued. The ideal candidate has high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer literacy, and can type 45 wpm.

Qualifications

• Vehicle title experience required
• Dealership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Computer literacy and typing 45 wpm required

Responsibilities

• Post weekly wholesale deals
• Reassign used vehicle titles for wholesales
• Prepare daily deposits
• Stock in used car purchases
• Maintain all wholesale receivable schedules
• Process aftermarket contracts for remit
• Assist with title follow up as needed
• Other duties as assigned
