Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is hiring a Bag Operator for the Decorah, IA facility on the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am). The role focuses on setting up bagging equipment, labeling products, and preparing items for the next production step, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will work as part of a team to ensure timely shipments and accurate packaging. A high school diploma or GED and basic math are required, with knowledge of bag styles and customer specs a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements.
• Basic PC knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fasteners is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run bagging equipment according to current quality standards.
• Bag, label and prepare products for next step in the process.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist in other areas as needed to ensure timely shipments.
• Complete paperwork and ensure labels meet customer requirements.
