Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Bag Operator for its Decorah, IA facility on the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am). You will set up and run bagging equipment, label products, and prepare items for the next step while adhering to current quality standards.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, basic math, and safe, efficient manufacturing practices in a world-leading fastening company that values innovation and teamwork.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Human relations skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of personal computer operation.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of fasteners.
