Stanley Black & Decker in Decorah, IA is seeking a Bag Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm). You will set up and run bagging equipment, label and prepare products for the next step, following quality standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic math, and familiarity with IATF16949 and ISO14001. The position offers a competitive pay and benefits package, with growth opportunities at a global leader in fastening solutions.
