Job summary

Winpak LTD is seeking a dedicated Bag Machine Operator to join our team in Senoia, Georgia. This full-time position involves operating the barrier shrink bag machine across various shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, maintain safety standards, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Successful applicants will have at least 1 year of experience in machine operation, quality control, and following safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. The role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating machines or equipment in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
• 1+ years of experience performing quality checks and identifying product or equipment issues.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the BSB01 machine for efficient production.
• Monitor machine conditions and report any issues to supervision.
• Perform regular quality checks according to ISO guidelines.
