ProAmpac is hiring a dedicated Assistant Bag Machine Operator for the day shift at our White House, TN facility. You will assist the bag machine operator in threading materials, starting the machine, and ensuring quality output with minimal waste.

This role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Eligible for benefits including PTO, holidays, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and GMP/SQF guidelines.
• Willingness to multi-task and learn hands-on processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operator in threading materials through guides and rollers.
• Support in starting and monitoring the bag machine for quality and efficiency.
• Help with material handling, loading, and equipment setup.
• Maintain production speed with minimal waste and adhere to schedules.
• Refer work orders and coordinate with warehouse for paper supply.
