Job summary

ProAmpac in White House, TN is hiring a Machine Operator to support our fast-paced, safety-focused production team. You will operate, set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot packaging machines and ensure quality throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of machine operating experience, can read measuring tools, and is willing to work a 12‑hour rotating schedule (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School GED or Diploma; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of machine operating experience in related industry.
• Ability to read measuring tools and safety trainings completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall machine operation and set-ups.
• Verifies production orders and perform setup calibrations.
• Unwraps, trims, and prepares rolls; maintain cleanliness.
