Job summary

ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is seeking an Assistant Bag Machine Operator at our White House, TN facility. The role supports the operator to run and manage a machine that prints, cuts, folds and seals bags, with a focus on quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on 12-hour night shifts (Mon-Thu 7:00pm-7:00am) with available premiums, participate in GMP and SQF-compliant tasks, and take part in a benefits program including PTO, holidays, 401k, and

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication with operators and teammates.
• Adherence to GMP and SQF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist operator in threading materials and operating the bag machine to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support machine setup, maintenance, and changeovers with minimal waste.
• Monitor production; report issues and maintain safety standards.
