P.F. Chang’s is hiring a Backwaiter in Kansas City to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly and courteously, keeping dining areas clean, and maintaining service stations. All team members provide excellent guest service to ensure a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests.
• Clear and sanitize tables and service areas.
• Retrieve dirty dishes and restock stations as needed.
• Operate coffee and iced tea machines and POS systems.
• Greet guests, answer phones, and assist with takeout orders.
