Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Receiver to accurately receive store products, inspect for quality and damage, and manage backroom storage with attention to detail.

You will work closely with store teams and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires 18+ with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years receiving experience, plus the ability to move up to 60 lbs and use a pallet jack for heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years receiving experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to receive products, inspect temperature, shortages, overages, damage and quality.
• Able to perform basic math and use a computer.
• Able to move up to 60 lbs and operate a pallet jack with up to 1000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for temperature (if perishable), shortages, overages, damages.
• Manage backroom storage with basic math and organizational skills.
• Handle all paperwork related to receiving duties.
• Communicate effectively with store team and third‑party vendors.
• Work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
