The Original Pancake House is hiring a Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You will ensure a steady flow of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils to support the culinary and service teams.

We value sanitation, teamwork, and reliability during busy breakfast and lunch periods, with a focus on maintaining a spotless, well-organized back-of-house area and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Sanitation-focused with a can-do attitude.
• Energetic and reliable during high-volume service.
• Interested in supporting prep and cleanup as needed.
• Morning shifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation Excellence: Operate the dish machine and manual 3-compartment sink.
• Organization: Maintain a tidy dish area and ensure items are returned to backstage locations promptly.
• Team Assistance: Support the Line Cooks with basic prep work or cleaning tasks during slower periods.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keep the kitchen floor safe and dry, and monitor chemical levels for peak quality.
