• Team Assistance: Support the Line Cooks with basic prep work or cleaning tasks during slower periods to uphold the "Team Sport" mentality.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keep the kitchen floor safe and dry, and ensure chemical levels for the dish machine are always maintained for peak quality.
