Job summary

Oak View Group is hiring a Backstage Catering Attendant to provide friendly, efficient service to performers and touring crews in a fast-paced performing arts environment. You will set up dressing rooms and catering areas, serve and replenish food and beverages, and keep backstage spaces clean and organized. This is a part-time role paying $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in catering, food service, hospitality, or related industry.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with tours and team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down backstage catering areas, green rooms, and dressing rooms.
• Read and follow BEOs, and communicate service needs to the culinary team.
• Follow artist riders carefully and stock each location as requested.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and exercise discretion with performers and touring crews.
• Anticipate guests' food and beverage needs and complete service steps.
• Provide attentive service and clear communication with guests and team members.
• Maintain service stations and crockery, clear dishes, and complete side work on time.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service policies.
