Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or similar
• 6 months of leadership experience or supervisory exposure
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs
