Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Naperville, IL is seeking a retail associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while supporting a positive customer experience. You will work as part of a team, assist with stock, tagging, and backroom organization, and help ensure safe, efficient store operations.

Qualified candidates bring 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership, strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to lift items as needed.
