Job summary

TJ Maxx Langhorne PA is seeking a retail team member to deliver a positive customer experience, support merchandising, and ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and replenished. You’ll collaborate with Associates to maintain fast, accurate store operations and uphold loss-prevention standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership; training others; lifting heavy objects; and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising flow to the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and cleanliness
• Promotes safety and adherence to policies and labor laws
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
