Job summary

TJ Maxx in Payson, AZ is looking for a Store Associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service. You’ll help maintain an organized store, tag and stock merchandise, and assist leadership with training and safety programs.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy items. Flexible nights/weekends are required.

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure smooth store flow.

• Tag, hang, and code merchandise; monitor productivity and coaching as needed.
• Support training of Associates and adherence to safety and labor policies.
