Job summary

HomeGoods at Westminster, CO is seeking an energetic team member to support receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will help coordinate truck deliveries, train associates, and ensure merchandise is correctly tagged and stocked on the sales floor.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, multitasking, and at least 1 year in retail with 6 months in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player able to work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and maintain customer experience.
• Organize backroom and replenishment for sales floor flow.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing.
• Maintain inventory tagging, hanging, and coding.
• Communicate priorities with management and team.
