HomeGoods in Augusta, GA is hiring for a store role focused on executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will coordinate truck deliveries, train associates, and maintain organized backrooms and storefronts to support efficient operations.

The position requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task. Prior retail and leadership experience are valued as you contribute to safety and loss-prevention efforts.

Qualificações

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure associates process efficiently and customers have a great experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded and keeps backroom organized.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promotes safety, maintains cleanliness, and supports store shrink reduction initiatives.
• Provides feedback and participates in associate training as needed.
