Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing
• Engage customers and provide an excellent shopping experience
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and ensure flow of goods
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards
