Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandizing flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising signage and backroom standards.
• Promotes safety and ensures compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
