Job summary

The Marshalls in Ocean City, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and to ensure strong customer service. You will work with a team to keep the store organized, tag merchandise, and support leadership in daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, are flexible for nights and weekends, and can lift heavy objects. Competitive hourly pay starts at $16.00–$16.50.

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
