The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate at the HomeGoods Exton store in PA. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, interact with customers to ensure a superior experience, and help keep the store clean and organized while supporting the team.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, multitasking ability, and willingness to train others. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required, with benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with leadership exposure (1 year retail, 6 months leadership).

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and working as a team.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Role models exceptional customer service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area.
