Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Offers an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Keeps backstock organized and rotated for easy replenishment while upholding signage and merchandising standards.
