Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Coach and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and store processes.
• Ensure accurate tagging, hanging, and staging of merchandise.
