Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Organize back stock and coordinate with truck deliveries for replenishment.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and properly coded for the sales floor.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain smooth flow of goods.
