Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team-focused associates to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will coordinate truck deliveries, mentor staff, and maintain backroom organization to ensure efficient store operations.

The role demands flexible scheduling, strong communication, and teamwork, with 1 year in retail and 6 months in a leadership capacity preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work as a team.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects; training others.
• 1 year retail experience with 6 months of leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure efficient processing.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising, processing, and standards.
• Maintain backroom organization, tagging, hanging, and inventory flow.
• Promote customer experience and safety; support loss prevention and policies.
