Role requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift heavy objects, and teamwork. Training others and retail/leadership experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience of at least 1 year.
• Leadership experience of at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience on the sales floor.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards.
